Sweaty gym session! So… Here’s the thing… I HATE CARDIO! I have always hated running and never enjoyed it! Last year I barely made it through a 5K and I mean barely! So what did I do? Signed up for a 10K in 2 months! So I started (today) a program for starting to run! It was seriously tough (for me I’m sure for most of you it would be a walk in the park!) but… I finished! And then… I rewarded myself………. With lifting!
